Jordan Wright is a trial attorney at Hersh Kirtman Injury Law, a personal injury firm serving clients across Florida. He represents individuals and families who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others, with a focus on car accidents, truck and 18-wheeler collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, premise liability, dog bites, and other catastrophic injury cases.

Before returning to the practice of law in Florida, Jordan spent several years working in the medical device industry, where he was involved in hundreds of spine surgeries alongside neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons across Florida, Puerto Rico, and the East Coast. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of catastrophic injuries, surgical intervention, and the long road to recovery that his clients face.

Jordan began his legal career in Louisiana, where he clerked at the largest personal injury firm in the state under two of Louisiana’s top trial attorneys. After passing the bar, he represented injured Jones Act seaman and oil field workers and was involved in mass tort opioid litigation. He went on to clerk for a judge in Tennessee before relocating to South Florida to focus exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death. He is admitted to practice in both Florida and Louisiana.

His practice combines pre-suit negotiation and litigation, and he is committed to maintaining a focused caseload that allows him to give every client the time, attention, and aggressive representation their case deserves.

Jordan is a member of the National Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the BCBA Young Lawyers Section. He is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
